摘要
目的探讨一次性根管治疗慢性牙髓炎和根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选择50例(50颗牙)慢性牙髓炎和根尖周炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各25例(25颗牙),治疗组采用一次性根管治疗,对照组采用多次根管治疗,术后3个月复查评价疗效,并观察术后并发症发生情况。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),术后1周治疗组疼痛反应程度低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论一次性根管治疗慢性牙髓炎和根尖周炎临床疗效好,并发症低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of one-time endodontic treatment in patient with chronic pulpitis and periapieal periodantitis. Methods 50 patients （50 teeth）with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given the one-time endodontic treatment and the control group was given the multiple root canal filling treatment. Three months after treatment the clinical effect was evaluated, the postoperative complication was observed. Results The treatment group＇s clinical effect better than the control group＇ s, the difference between two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; A week after therapy, the rate of painful response of the treatment group was 16. 0%, it was significantly low- er than that of the control group （36. 0% ）. The difference between two groups was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The one-time endodontic treatment in patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis has better clinical efficacy and low complication. It is worthy of clinical application.
