摘要
教学质量监控就是在教学质量评价的基础上,通过一定的组织机构,按照一定的程序,对影响教学质量的各个要素和教学过程的各个环节,进行积极认真的规划、检查、评价、反馈和调节,以确保学校的教学工作按计划进行,并达到学校教学质量目标的过程。将SPC技术应用于高等学校课堂教学质量监控,能有效地将原有的评价体系从结果分析转向过程控制,有助于采取合理的措施,提高高等学校课堂教学质量。
