摘要
目的:观察针灸配合血栓通注射液对缺血性脑血管病恢复期的临床疗效。方法:将102例缺血性脑血管病恢复期患者随机分为对照组(单纯针灸治疗)和治疗组(针灸配合血栓通注射液),每组51例。治疗2个疗程(14 d为1个疗程)后,评价两组临床疗效和神经功能缺损程度。结果:治疗组基本治愈9例,显著进步24例,进步12例,无效6例,总有效率为88.2%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组神经功能缺损程度显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合血栓通注射液能显著减轻缺血性脑血管病恢复期患者神经功能缺损程度,具有明显的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with Xueshuantong Injection in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease recovery. Methods： 102 patients suffered from ischemic cerebrovascular diseases were randomly divided into control group （acupuncture） and treatment group （acupuncture and Xueshuantong Injection）, 51 patients in each group. Tile clinical efficacy and neurologic impairment were assessed at 2 course of treatment （14 d of 1 course）, the clinical effects and the degree of neurologic impairment of two group were evaluated. Results： There were 9 cases were basically recovered, 24 cases had obvious effect, 12 cases had effect, and the total effective rate was significantly improved in treatment group than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The degree of neurologic impairment of treatment group was obviously reduced than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Xueshuantong Injection can significantly inhibit neurologic impairment and improve the clinical efficacy for patients of ischemic cerebrevascular diseases.
