硫酸镁联合普米克令舒雾化吸入佐治新生儿肺炎临床观察 被引量:12

Clinical observation of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Pulmicort inhalation in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia

摘要 目的:探讨硫酸镁联合普米克令舒雾化吸入佐治新生儿肺炎的有效性和安全性。方法:将40例肺炎患者随机分为两组,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用25%硫酸镁0.1~0.2 ml/kg、普米克令舒0.5 mg及生理盐水配成5%硫酸镁的混合液雾化吸入,2~3次/d;对照组给予常规治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。两组疗程均为7 d。结果:观察组总有效率(95%)明显高于对照组(70%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.33,P<0.05);两组用药后,比较咳嗽缓解天数、肺部罗音消失天数、住院天数,差异均有统计学意义(t=3.98、3.86、2.18,均P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗新生儿肺炎疗效明显,硫酸镁联合普米克令舒吸入是安全的。 Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Pulmicort inhalation in the treatment of neonatology pneumonia. Methods: 40 cases of pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given additional 25% Magnesium Sulfate 0.1-0.2 ml/kg, Pulmicort 0.5 mg and saline, mixture of 5% Magnesium Sulfate inhalation on the basis of conventional theory, 2-3 times/d; the control group was given the conventional treatment, the effects of treatment of the two groups were observed. The course of the two groups was 7 days. Results: The total efficacy of the observation group (95%) was significantly higher than that in control group (70%), the difference was statistically significant (x^2=4.33, P〈0.05). After two groups were treated, compared with days of cough relief, days of pul- monary rales disappeared and hospital days, there was a significant difference between them (t=3.98, 3.86, 2.18, P〈0.05). Conclusion: The Magnesium Sulfate combined with Pulmicort inhalation is effective and safe in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia.
