基于平衡记分卡的综合工程教育模式研究

摘要 本文主要介绍平衡计分卡和战略地图在高等工程教育体系构建中的适应性,在此基础上,结合我国高等工程教育实际,从国家、企业、高校和人力资源结构四个层面,全方位的构思与设计了包括4个构面、6个战略主题、17个战术目标和51个量化指标的综合工程教育体系,并运用战略地图打破了工程教育的战略制定与战略执行之间的鸿沟,代之以量化的指标将抽象的战略转化成了可执行的行动方案,以推动工程教育战略的实施。 In this paper,the adaptation of balanced score-card and strategy map is introduced in the structure of college engineering education.On this basis,the integrated engineering education system with four levels,six strategy subjects,seventeen tactics objectives and fifty one quantified indexes is conceived and designed generally combining with practice of our college engineering education from the role of state,enterprise,college and human resource structure.And the strategy map is applied to break gap between the strategy establishment and execution,and the undefined strategy is changed into executive action project through the quantified indexes.The result can help to implement the strategy of engineering education.
