摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和社会的转型,目前处于竞争弱势的地方社科学术理论期刊面临着外部的经费紧张、优稿难约、发行量低发展困境。作者从五个方面提出地方社科学术理论期刊生存与发展的新思路和新对策,包括:为期刊业的发展营造良好公平的发展环境;实现期刊出版业资源的优化配置;进一步繁荣社会科学研究;办刊宗旨的定位;学术导向、栏目设置、选题策划方面形成特色;调动编辑人员的积极性等等。作者认为,从某种意义上说,地方社科学术理论期刊生存与发展的新思路和新对策在它实施过程中的主要难点似乎是体制的艰难的更新,在这场影响深远的重大变革中,人们正呼唤着一种与社会主义市场经济极适应的新的期刊管理体制。
With the establishment of socialism marketing economy structure and social transformation,local social sciences journals which find themselves in an adverse circumstance have been faced with a development hardship of lacking funds and excellent article resources as well as poor publishing.In this paper,the writer has offered some new thoughts and strategies concerning local social sciences journals＇ existing and developing tendency in five aspects,which includes building a comfort and fair development environment;optimizing resources and equipments;prospering social sciences researches;deciding on the ultimate goal of journals;characterizing academic leading,column designing and topic choosing;stirring editors＇ activity;etc..The writer is convinced that in one sense,the fundamental difficulties in carrying out new thoughts and strategies might lie in the reform of structure and that people are looking forward to a new journals＇ management system extremely satisfying the socialism marketing economy in this profound transformation.
