摘要
目的:探讨经导管射频消融术(RFCA)治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的护理措施。方法:回顾分析120例PSVT患者经RFCA的治疗和护理资料。做好患者的心理护理、术前准备、术中配合、术后护理。结果:120例患者均顺利康复,无护理并发症发生。结论:高质量的护理是保证射频消融治疗PSVT成功的重要组成部分。
Objective：Explore nursing measures by transcatheter radiofrequency ablation（RFCA） treat paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia（PSVT）.Methods： Analyze and retrospect 120 cases of patients treatment and nursing material,all the patients were paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia and have been treated by transcatheter radiofrequency ablation;through the patient＇s psychological nursing,preoperative preparation,intraoperative and postoperative nursing.Results：These patients were all recover smoothly and were not any nursing complications.Conclusions： High quality of care is the important component to ensure radiofrequency ablation therapy PSVT succeeding.
