摘要
设计一座高度345m,名为"345"大厦的地标性写字楼,充分利用地理位置毗邻海河的景观优势,重点突出和谐发展、绿色节能、彰显内外部环境,实现建筑与自然环境和社会环境相协调、相统一的建筑理念而完成设计。其设计外观犹如海河上飞扬的风帆,象征着天津扬帆起航跨越腾飞。本设计分析阐述了大厦的使用功能、建筑构造、使用材料、设计理念、设计特色与手法等,展示了建筑效果图、立剖面图、平面图以及结构平面图,应用PKPM软件对该结构进行了初步计算,得到合理的计算结果。
This paper describes the design of a landmark office building named ＂345＂ Tower whose height reaches 345m high.The designed building makes most use of its location advantage that it＇s adjacent to Haihe River and stands well with the surrounding natural environment and social environment.The design is prominent for its ideas about harmonious development with the surroundings,green energy saving and distinctive internal and external environments.Its outlook seems like a gliding sailing vessel on the river,symbolizing the city＇s rapid development and its success.This paper shows the building＇s function utilities,structures,materials,design ideas,characteristics and methods.Design sketch,elevation drawings,sectional drawings,planar graphs are also displayed in this paper.PKPM is used to calculate the initial structure and obtains reasonable computing results.
