摘要
本文在分析土地整治与"三农"问题关系的基础上,总结了我国当前土地整治对"三农"问题的成效与不足,提出了科学编制土地整治规划、加强部门联动,整合涉农资金、加强土地整治环境建设、尊重民意,加强土地整治宣传等促进"三农"问题解决的土地整治方略,以促进"三农"问题更好更快地解决。
On the fundation of analysing the relationship between land reclamation and three dimensional rurual issuess, the paper had summarized the results and deficiencies between them. And it also brought to gerenal plans which aimed at sloving the three dimensional rurual issues and land reclamation, such as drawing up territorial control plans, enhancing the department joint, inegrating audit-related funds, strengthenig the built of enviornmental development and respecting the public wills.
