静脉吸毒人群多病毒混合感染病毒载量关系的初步分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨静脉吸毒人群HIV、HBV和HCV混合感染病毒载量间的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对195名静脉吸毒者进行HIV、HBV和HCV病毒载量测定。结果:抗-HIV阳性者和抗-HIV阴性者病毒载量(log)平均值分别为4.156±1.986和2.647±0.283(t′=5.63,P<0.05)。无论抗-HIV阳性和阴性与否,两组间HCV病毒载量水平无统计学显著性差异(t=0.251,P>0.05)。结论:尚需对静脉吸毒人群HIV、HBV和HCV混合感染病毒载量间的关系进行多中心深层次的研究。
