摘要
目的:探讨高频超声检查对妊娠期耻骨联合分离症的诊断价值。方法:选择无症状晚期妊娠孕妇30例和临床上疑诊为耻骨联合分离症的晚期妊娠患者25例,应用高频超声对耻骨联合间隙的宽度及左右错合情况进行比较分析。结果:发生耻骨联合分离症的病例耻骨联合增宽明显、且可有左右错合情况。结论:高频超声对耻骨联合分离症的诊断有较高的价值,为耻骨联合分离症的诊断及治疗提供明确的依据。
Objective：to explore the high frequency of ultrasound pregnancy pubic symphysis separation the diagnostic value of disease.Method：Pregnant women selected 30 patients with advanced and clinically suspected patients diagnosed as pubic symphysis separation of 25 patients with advanced pregnancy,high-frequency ultrasound on the pubic symphysis gap about the width of the malocclusion and comparative analysis of the situation.Result：Occurrence of cases of disease pubic symphysis pubic symphysis separation widened significantly,and malocclusion may have about the situation.Conclusion：High frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of pubic symphysis separation disorder have a higher value for the pubic symphysis separation diagnosis and treatment of disease to provide a clear basis.
