一种新型静脉尿路造影压迫器的研究与开发

摘要 目的:研究与开发一种新型静脉尿路造影腹部压迫器,以弥补原"压迫器"的不足。方法:对103例不同性别及年龄患者的输尿管压迫部位及输尿管行径进行研究、测量与分析。结果:在静脉尿路造影中,压迫器对输尿管压迫的部位,只局限于第一骶椎上缘至骶髂关节下缘水平区间的骶骨与部分髂骨间行经的那部分输尿管,其长度在44.0mm~80.0mm间;行经在该区间的输尿管,以围绕人体正中矢状线,左右侧基本对称分布,且呈")("状,上水平线输尿管行径的间距为≦132.0mm~≧40.0mm,中间水平线输尿管行径的间距为≦93.0mm~≧40.0mm,下水平线输尿管行径的间距为≦113.0mm~≧52.0mm。开发了一个152.00cm×82.00cm×69.98cm的长方体压迫器,其上半部为实心体、下半部为多组压迫片组成。结论:一种新型静脉尿路造影压迫器优于传统压迫器,有较高的临床实用价值。 Objective:To develop a new type of compressor to make up for the insufficiency of traditional one in urography.Methods:The range of the oppressing site along the ureter as well as ureteral tract of one hundred and three patients of different age and gender were studied,measured and subjected to statistic analysis.Results:In intravenous urography,the range of oppressing site with compressor was restricted to the ureter tracking between part of the ilium and the sacrum located between superior and inferior margin of sacroiliac joint with the height of 44.0 to 80.0mm;the ureter in this region is bilateral symmetrical(midsagittal) and takes on ")("look.The upper ureter was tracking ≤132.0mm~≥40.0mm,the middle ureter was tracking 93.0mm~≥40.0mm,and the lower ureter was tracking ≤113.0mm~≥52.0mm.A new compression of 152.00×82.00×69.98cm was devevoped based on these datas,which was rectangular with solid upper part and multilayer lower part.Conchusion:the new pattern compressor was superior to the conventional one,and has important value in clinical applications.
