护理不良事件是指在护理过程中发生的,不在计划中的未预计到的或通常不希望发生的事件。本文分析了护理不良事件发生的原因,重点探讨了如何有效的防范不良事件的发生,并就如何减少不良事件的发生提出来几点建议。
