摘要
目前,我国畜禽产品的安全质量存在很多问题,突出表现在:畜禽疫病种类多,发病范围广,畜禽产品中农药残留,兽药残留、重金属含量等超标严重。我们应积极采取有效措施,建设无公害畜禽产品生产、加工基地,确保畜产品质量安全。
Currently, there are many problems in the safety and quality of livestock products, which mainly focus on variety of animal diseases, incidence in a wide range, pesticide and veterinary drug residues in animal products, and heavy metals exceeded the standard limits greatly. We should take effective measures to build no public hazard poultry production and processing bases, to ensure quality and safety of animal products.
