调试期间蒸汽发生器二次侧水化学控带

摘要 蒸汽发生器是核电厂一二回路的交界面,其材料的完整性与电厂安全、经济直接相关。蒸汽发生器材料的完整性与设计、材料成分和运行环境有关。电厂调试运行期间.由于设计材料已不可变更,因此只能通过所处环境,即水化学条件来降低蒸汽发生器的腐蚀速率。本文介绍了调试期间蒸汽发生器材料腐蚀的影响因素及优化二回路水化学条件的方法。 The Steam Generator(SG)is the boundary between primary and secondary systems of NPP.The integrity of SG material may impact on the plant safety and economy. And, the integrity of SG materials may be affected significantly by design, elements of material and operational environment. During the unit commissioning, the material can not be altered, so duced by optimizing the water chemistry condition. This rials corrosion rate and the methods for optimizing steam the SG material corrosion rate could be only re- paper presents the factors affecting the SG mategenerator secondary water chemistry condition.
