摘要
报告1例小汗腺螺旋腺瘤。患者女,30岁。因骶尾部左上方缓慢增大的蓝紫色结节伴疼痛6年余就诊。皮损组织病理检查示真皮和皮下脂肪组织中有数个境界清楚的肿瘤细胞团块,与表皮不相连。肿瘤团块主要由两种细胞组成,呈条索状,一种为核大、淡染,位于细胞团块的中央;另一种为核小、深染,位于细胞团块的周边。符合小汗腺螺旋腺瘤的诊断。
A case of eccrine spiradenoma is reported. A 30-year-old woman presented with a slowly enlarging blue-purple painful nodule above the left sacrocoecygeal region for more than 6 years. Histopathology showed well-circumscribed lobules of tumor in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, which were not connected to the epidermis. The lobules comprised of two types of cells arranged in cords： one had a large, pale nucleus in the center of lobules, and the other had small peripheral cells with dark nuclei. These findings are consistent with eccrine spiradenoma.
