摘要 目的:探讨晚期角质化包膜蛋白(LCE)1B与LCE3D在银屑病皮损中的表达及意义。方法:荧光定量PCR法检测LCE1B与ICE3D在寻常性银屑病患者皮损(进行期与静止期)及正常人皮肤组织中的相对表达量。结果:LCE1B与LCE3D在病例组中的表达均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。结论:银屑病的发病可能主要与LCE1B与LCE3D的表达量上调有关,这可为银屑病发病机制的阐明提供一些理论依据。 Objective： To investigate the expression levels of LCE1B and LCE3D in psoriatic lesions compared with normal tissues. Method： The lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and the skin of healthy controls were collected. Real time-qPCR was performed to detect the expression levels of LCE1B and LCE3D. Result： The expression levels of LCEIB and LCE3D in psoriatic lesions were statistically higher than those in normal tissue （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： The expression levels of LCElB and LCE3D in psoriatic lesions were increased compared with the normal control, which may play an important role in the pathogenisis of psoriasis.
