摘要
目的:探讨超外翻夹板固定在治疗幼儿肱骨髁上尺偏型骨折中的作用和意义。方法:对照分析103例1～4岁肱骨髁上尺偏型骨折患儿的治疗过程,其中A组(55例)采用超外翻夹板固定,B组(48例)采用传统小夹板固定,通过观测总体疗效、肘内翻畸形发生率、肘内翻程度、骨折愈合时间和肘关节功能恢复时间比较2组的临床疗效。结果:2组总体疗效、肘内翻畸形发生率、肘内翻程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间骨折愈合时间、肘关节功能恢复时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超外翻夹板固定具有提高疗效、降低肘内翻畸形发生率和发生程度,减轻患儿痛苦的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the function and significance of super-extrophia splints in children＇s supracondylar fracture of the humerus with ulnar deviation.Methods： A retrospective study was performed to analyse different treatments for upper ulna of condyles of humerus fracture in children aging from one to four.Among 103 cases,55 cases（group A） received fixation with super-extrophia splints and 48 cases（group B） received fixation with traditional small splints.The following indexes were compared： the clinical curative effects,incidence rate of abnormal cubitus varus,degree of cubitus varus,fracture recovery time and elbow joint function recovery time.Results：There was significant difference in the general curative effect,incidence rate of abnormal cubitus varus and degree of cubitus varus（P0.05） between the two groups,while no statistical difference was found in fracture recovery time and elbow joint function recovery time between the two groups.Conclusion：With the advantages of raising curative effect,reducing the incidence rate and degree of abnormal cubitus varus and alleviating children＇s suffering,super-extrophia splints fixation is worth is worth wide clinical application.
