摘要
目的:了解女性生殖系统的健康状况。方法:分析2010年5月—9月在本院查体的2 804例妇女白带常规检查结果。结果:阴道清洁度为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度有1 326例,占47.29%;Ⅲ、Ⅳ度有1478例,占52.71%。无致病菌92.80%,线索细胞、孢子、念珠菌、革兰阴性双球菌等的阳性检出率分别为3.50%、2.43%、1.32%、0%。各年龄段检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)致病菌感染随着乳酸杆菌的增加而减少。结论:女性定期进行健康查体时做白带常规检查是非常必要的,应加强良好卫生习惯宣传外,还应多宣传释放压力的方法从而保持健康向上的生活态度。
Objective：To investigate the health condition of female reproductive system. Methods： Results of leucorrhoea routine examination of 2 804 women who were examined in our hospital from May to September in 2010 were analyzed. Results： 1326 cases（stageⅠandⅡ）accounted for 47.29 percent and 1478 cases （stage m and Ⅳ） accounted for 52.71 percent. No pathogens about 92.80 percent,the detection rate of clue cell,spore,Candida and gram negative diplococci was 3.50 percent,2.43 percent, 1.32 percent and zero respectively. There was no statistical difference of all age （ P 〉 0. 05 ） Infective rate of pathogen decreased with the increase of lactobacillus. Conclusion： It is essential to have a leucorrhoea routine test when physical examination,it is necessary not only to publicize hygienic practices but also to promote the way of releasing tension in order to keep fit.
