ORMDL3基因多态性与支气管哮喘患者发病及肺功能的相关性研究 被引量：4

摘要 支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）是一种非常复杂的表型异质性疾病，其分子机制及易感基因尚未完全明了，17号染色体血清类黏蛋白1样蛋白质3（omsomucoid 1-like3，0RMDL3）基因是迄今为止发现的有充分证据表明与哮喘关联的基因，已成为目前研究热点。为此，本研究中对我国部分汉族人群0RMDL3基因rs7216389位点多态性与哮喘患者及其肺功能之间的关系进行探讨，以期为哮喘的早期防治提供理论依据。
