摘要
本文主要介绍了以CCD为检测元件的色选机分选控制系统,此控制系统主要分为两部分:CCD检测系统和分选系统。CCD检测系统选用TCD1209D图像传感器,分选系统采用CPLD+ARM组合方式,极大地提高了系统的处理性能,实验效果稳定可靠,并制成样机一台。
This paper mainly introduces the test components with CCD for color separator sorting control system.This control system mainly divided into two parts： CCD detection system and sorting system.CCD detection system chooses TCD1209D image sensor,sorting system USES CPLD ＋ ARM combination,greatly improved the system process performance,stable and reliable,and experimental results made prototype one.
