摘要
针对输煤系统环式给煤机出力不足、撒煤、行走轮/承煤平台磨损严重等问题进行了分析,提出了改进优化方案。环式给煤机优化改造后,取得了令人满意的效果。
Some problems of multi-ring coal feeder of coal handling system,such as the insufficient output of the coal feeder,the coal leakage and serious wear of travelling wheel and coal bearing platform,were analyzed.Several optimal reformation schemes were put forward.The coal feeder had been reformed,and satisfactory effect was obtained.
