摘要
华电内蒙古能源有限公司包头发电分公司公司#2机组B相主变压器投运后,在定期进行油中溶解气体色谱分析时,发现总烃的体积分数不断上升,绝对产气速率超过注意值,判断为变压器内部高温过热故障。通过多次检修及返厂处理,最终发现并排除了故障,保证了设备安全、稳定运行。
In Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Corporation Limited,Baotou Power Generation Branch Company,after the B phase main transformer of unit No.2 was put into operation,during the periodical chromatographic analysis of the gas dissolved in the oil,it was found that the volume fraction of the total hydrocarbon was increasing continuously,and the absolute gas generation rate exceeded the warning value.It was judged that there is over temperature fault inside the transformer.The transformer was overhauled many times and had been transported to the manufacturing factory to repair,and the fault was found and eliminated finally;then the safe and stable operation of the transformer was ensured.
