水轮机流量的监测设计

Design of monitoring system for flow of hydraulic turbine

摘要 湖南省南津渡水电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组改用可编程控制器(PLC)监控系统后,在原有差压法测流的基础上重新调校各种水力参数,增设计算流量补充措施,建立有效的流量运算公式,充分利用机组现地控制屏PLC和通用监控系统(MCGS)触摸屏进行模拟量采集、运算和监测等程序设计,最终实现了水轮机流量的实时监测。 In Hunan Province Nanjindu Hydropower Station,the monitoring system of the bulb tubular hydraulic generator set was replaced by the PLC monitoring system.After this,based on original differtential pressure flow measurement method,various hydraulic parameters were readjusted and recalibrated;a complementary measure for flow calculation was added;the effective flow calculation formulas were established;in the design of programs for analog data collecting,calculating and monitoring,the local PLC control penel and the touch screen of monitor and control general system(MCGS) of the unit were used sufficiently.Finally,the real-time monitoring of flow of the hydraulic turbine was realized.
