摘要
GR38是自育的偏粳型广亲和性广谱强恢复系种质,为了解其对籼、粳两种类型不育系的恢复特性,发掘该恢复系的育性恢复基因,利用GR38分别与籼型不育系G46A和粳型不育系光A杂交的F2群体,应用集团分离分析方法和SSR标记对GR38的育性恢复基因进行鉴定和定位。结果在G46A/GR38的F2群体中检测到两个独立的育性恢复基因,分别位于第1染色体短臂上的SSR标记RM1331与RM3740之间以及第1染色体长臂上的SSR标记RM5310与RM486之间;在光A/GR38的F2群体中只检测到一个育性恢复基因,位于第1染色体短臂上的SSR标记RM3740与RM490之间。GR38对籼粳两种类型不育系的恢复基因既有共同亦有差别,对籼型不育系G46A的恢复性由两个基因控制,而对粳型不育系光A的恢复性只由一个基因控制,恢复基因均来自第一染色体,其中,位于第1染色体短臂上的恢复基因在籼粳背景下均起恢复作用,根据其在染色体上的位置,推测与Rf3等位。
To clarify the fertility restorer gene of GR38,a Japonica-prone rice with wide spectrum and strong restoring for Indica and Japonica CMS Lines.One Indica CMS Line G46A,one Japonica CMS Lines Guang A and their F2 population with GR38 were used to detect the restorer gene by using SSR markers and bulked segregate analysis method.In the F2 population of G46A/ GR38, we detected two QTLs,one was located between SSR makers RM1331and RM3740 in the short arm of chromosome 1,the other was between RM5310 and RM486 in the long arm of chromosome 1.In the F2 population of Guang A/ GR38,only one QTL was detected,it located between the SSR makers RM3740 and RM490 in the short arm of chromosome 1.There were same and different restorer QTLs in GR38 for Indica and Japonica CMS.The QTLs in the short arm of chromosome 1 that could be detect in both Indica and Japonica background mapped to the previously reported restorer gene Rf3.The one in the long arm of chromosome 1 could be detect only in Indica background of the F2 population of G46A/GR38.
