不同尿素水平氨化稻草体外培养发酵的产气规律 被引量:5

In vitro Gas Production of Rice Straw Ammoniated with Different Levels of Urea

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同尿素水平氨化稻草的体外培养发酵产气规律。选用2头安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、平均体重为240 kg的西门塔尔牛作为瘤胃液供体,分别使用0(加等量水)、2%、4%、6%和8%的尿素比例(尿素重量∶稻草重量)和80%的水(水重量∶稻草重量)对稻草进行氨化处理,另设未处理稻草作为对照。采用体外产气法测定氨化稻草在体外培养发酵2、4、8、12、24、36、48 h的产气量。结果表明:随着尿素水平的升高,氨化稻草的产气量逐渐升高。2%组48 h产气量与未处理组差异不显著(P>0.05),4%、6%和8%组48 h产气量均极显著高于未处理组(P<0.01)。0%组的48 h产气量均显著低于其他各组(P<0.01)。各组的理论总产气量之间差异不显著(P>0.05),稻草氨化处理以尿素使用量为稻草干物质的4%~6%为宜。 The objective of the experiment was to study in vitro gas production of rice straw ammoniated with graded levels of urea.Two Simmental cattle with average weight of 240 kg were used as the donors of rumen fluid.Five levels of urea,i.e.0,2%,4%,6%,8%(urea weight: rice straw weight) and 80% water(water weight: rice straw weight) were used for the ammoniation of rice straw.Untreated rice straw was used as the control.In vitro gas-production technique was used for the measurement of gas production of ammnoniated straw at 2,4,8,12,24,36and 48 h,respectively.The results indicated that the gas production of ammoniated rice straw increased gradually with urea level.No difference was found in 48 h gas production between 2% group and untreated straw(P0.05).The 48 h gas production of groups 4%、6% and 8% was significantly higher than the untreated straw(P0.01).The 48 h gas production of 0% group was significantly lower than those of other groups(P0.01).No differences were found in the theoretical total gas production among different groups(P0.05).The suitable amount of urea for the ammoniation of rice straw is 4%~6%.
