经阴道超声和经腹壁超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨经阴道超声和经腹壁超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾近两年来临床怀疑异位妊娠行超声检查的病例,分析经阴道超声和经腹壁超声两种检查方法的准确性。结果经阴道超声检查对异位妊娠诊断的灵敏度为93.13%,特异性为98.26%;经腹壁超声检查对异位妊娠诊断的灵敏度为23.53%,特异性为97.74%。两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声对异位妊娠诊断准确性明显高于经腹壁超声,可为临床提供更有价值的诊断资料。
