摘要
在区域科技发展规划的编制过程中,运用技术路线图的思想方法,研究分析科技发展总目标,描绘科技发展愿景,确定重点发展的科技领域,梳理出重点任务和重大专项,并将技术路线图延展为科技发展总路线图、科技发展愿景路线图、领域发展路线图、产业技术路线图的形式,部署在规划刚要和配套文件中,以提高规划的科学性和指导性。
By the thinking of technology roadmap and the needs of regional development planning, the paper expresses the strategic layout of planning with the roadmaps of scientific development, field development, industrial scientific and investigative technology, and assesses the planning with evaluation roadmap to improve the planning of scientific, systematic and guidance.
