摘要
样品采集是否具有代表性,样品运输和保存是否正确,对能否准确诊断疫情起着重要作用,经调查,目前基层动物防控部门在样品的采集等过程中,还存在着采集部位不准、数量不够、包装不严封、登记不详、污染严重、操作粗糙不注意自身安全等诸多不到位之处,加强管理和采样操作水平,为兽医卫生安保提供强有力的保障。
It plays main role in accurate diagnosis of disease to collect representative samples as well as preserve and transport samples correctly.After investigation,at present,there were some problems existed in sample collection on grass-root departments including inaccurate colleting position,inadequate in amount,unsealed package,not detailed registration,serious pollution,rough operation and neglectful safety.Thus,it is necessary to strengthen administration and improve sample colleting level,in order to provide a powerful guarantee for veterinary hygienic security.
