摘要
目的探讨腋下小切口手术在食管癌治疗中的价值。方法应用随机对照研究前瞻性分析2005~2010年开展的腋下小切口和标准后外侧切口手术治疗食管癌疗效,比较两组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后胸管放置时间、术后切口疼痛程度、住院时间及手术疗效等方面的差异。结果与对照组比较,研究组出血量少、胸管放置时间及术后住院时间缩短、切口疼痛轻,手术时间两组无明显差异。结论腋下小切口手术治疗食管癌是安全、可行的,具有创伤小、痛苦轻、疗效可靠,术后患者生活质量高等优点,临床应用前景良好。
Objective To explore the value of small axillary incision in the treatment of esophageal careinoma. Methods This was a prospeetive randomized control study. Sixty patients who were confirmed to be esophageal cancer underwent from 2005 to 2010 were divided into small axillary incision group (30eases) and standard posterolateral incision group (30cases). Compared the difference between the two groups. Results Compared with standard posterolateral incision group, small axillary incision group had less blood loss, shorter postoperative hospital stay and time of postoperative chest drainge tube left. Conclusion Small axillary incision in the treatment of esoPhageal carcinoma was safe and feasible with the advantage of less invasion, less surgical trauma and pain, lower rate of complication and good curative effect.
