摘要
湖湘农村社区体育文化的发展,存在社区体育场地设施滞后且使用率不高、社区体育指导员配备欠缺、社区体育信息化管理较为落后等问题.其对策为:加速湖湘农村社区体育场地设施建设,提高其使用率,最大限度的降低地域差异;加大湖湘农村社区体育指导员的培训力度,提高体育指导员的福利待遇加强网络信息资源;提高信息化管理水平,扩大湖湘农村社区体育文化的信息容量.
In view of the development of sports culture in rural communities in Hunan,there exists problems as backward and low efficient sports grounds and facilities,lack of sports instructors and backwardness of information managements. To solve these problems the following measures should be taken： quicking the construction of sports grounds and facilities and improving their utilization rate;reducing maximumly the geographical differences;strengthening the training and improving the benefits of sports instructors;strengthening the network information resources;improving information management level and expanding the information capacity of sports culture.
