摘要
为了更好地保护与有效利用波棱瓜野生药用资源,以藏药波棱瓜为实验材料,分别从极地面与赤道面对其花粉形态和超微结构进行了观察。结果发现:波棱瓜的花粉粒近于圆球形;从极地面观察,其花粉呈球形,且没有孔沟,但从赤道面观察,却有3～4条孔沟,而且孔沟极度凹陷;其外壁纹饰呈不规则的条纹交错分布状,或排列紧密,或排列疏松。
Herpetospermum pedunculosum（ser.） C.B.Clarke has important medical value.In order to conserve and effectivelly use it,taking wild H.pedunculosum as materials,the ultrastructure of pollen grains was observed in polar view and equator view.The results showed that the form of pollen grain was close to globose.In polar view,it was globose and had no colpi.In equator view,the three or four apertures were remarkably depressed.There were close or loosen irregular stripes in exine.
