摘要
为给油茶良种繁育提供技术支持,研究全叶、1/2叶、1/3叶、无叶4种接穗叶片留存比例对油茶芽苗砧嫁接苗成活率、抽梢率、高度、地径等指标的影响。结果表明:4种处理对幼苗成活率、抽梢率的影响达极显著差异,以1/2叶处理成活率(96.11%)、抽梢率(76.11%)最高,其次是1/3叶、全叶处理,无叶处理效果最差;4种处理对幼苗高生长、地径的影响差异极显著,以全叶处理高生长(7.40cm)、地径(1.84mm)效果最好,其次为1/2叶、1/3叶处理,无叶处理效果最差。综合考虑苗木生长发育指标,建议接穗叶片留存1/2叶,更有利于提高幼苗成活率和生长发育。
In order to provide technical support for fine variety breeding,the effects of the four different leaf of scion treatments（the whole leaf,semi-leaf,one third leaf,leafless） on the survival rate,growth rate,height,basal diameter of grafted seedling in Camellia Oleifera were studied.The results were as follows： the survival rate and growth rate were very significant different among the four treatments.The semi-leaf treatment was the best,the survival and growth rate respectively was 96.11% and 76.11%,the second was one third leaf and the whole leaf treatments,the last was the leafless treatment.the seedling height and basal diameter were very significant different.The whole leaf was better than others,the seedling height and basal diameter reached 7.40 cm and 1.84 mm.The next was the semi-leaf and the one third leaf treatments.Finally,it was the leafless treatment.Therefore,it considered factors of growth and development comprehensively,and leaf of scion should retain semi-leaf,which raised more survival rate and growth development.
