摘要
文章采用三层架构的方式,对能效管理关键设备、融合通信技术、用能管理主站进行详细描述,结合浙江海盐智能小区示范工程,通过安装能效管理设备,部署主站软件,实现对居民用户的用电设备、微网接入设备等进行用电信息的采集和管理,为用户提供优化的科学用电方案。结果表明,能效管理技术具有实用、高效、节能的特点,实现了电力用户与电网之间的双向信息交互和能效管理,为指导用户科学用电、提高电能使用效率、节能减排提供了技术手段。
Residential power consumption reflects the social development level of a country. The key points for living a low carbon life are rational usages of energy and reduction of unnecessary energy consumption. This paper describes key equipments for energy efficiency management, converged communication technology and energy management station in detail respectively. For the Zhejiang Haiyan smart district demonstration project example,by installing energy efficiency management equipments and deploying master station software, the system based on energy efficiency management technology can collect residential power consumption data and manage both residential electric equipments and power grid equipments, further can provide optimal scientific power consumption program for residents. The results show that the proposed energy efficiency management technology is practical, efficient and energy saving, and can realize the interaction between power grid end-users and energy efficiency management, and can provide technical support for guiding scientific power consumption, improving energy efficiency, energy conservation and pollution reduction.
