摘要
在对战略风险的内涵和特征进行重新界定的基础上,引入熵权值法,将之作为企业战略风险测量方法的拓展,并以我国钢铁企业为例,给出了应用熵权值法进行企业战略风险评估的过程,最后总结了该方法的优缺点。
This paper discusses and redefines the content and feature of enterprise＇s strategic risk, and introduces the entropy value method, and takes it as an expansion method used to evaluate the enterprisers strategic risk. And taking China＇s top steel corporations as the example,it demonstrates the evaluation process by this method. Finally,it summarizes the advantage and disadvantage of this method..
