摘要
目的:探讨遗传性乳光牙本质的临床治疗及修复方法。方法:选取天津市塘沽区遗传性乳光牙本质一家系成员,根管治疗患牙后分别采取覆盖义齿及桩核烤瓷冠修复,进行临床疗效评价。结果:桩核烤瓷冠修复效果较好,疗效可靠。结论:遗传性乳光牙本质临床上可以采取桩核烤瓷冠修复。
Objective： To detect treatment and prosthesis methods of Hereditary Dentinogenesis Imperfecta Shields TypeⅡ.Methods： The patients of Dentinogenesis Imperfecta Shields TypeⅡ found in Tanggu were chosen,took root canal therapy,then two prosthesis methods including over-denture and post core-porcelain were used to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results： the clinical curative effect of post core-porcelain crowns was better than the over-denture.Conclusions： The post core-procelain crowns can be used to treat the patients of Dentinogenesis Imperfecta Shields TypeⅡ.
