摘要
结合企业ERP的车间作业管理子系统和电子采购子系统,概述了在现有的ERP基础上,实现对外协供应商电子图纸的管理方法.论述了在ERP系统中利用车间任务状态自动设置供应商的电子图纸下载权限,并指出实现此过程需要注意的事项和关键点.
Combining with the ERP＇s workshop management subsystem and electronic-purchasing subsystem,this paper introduces how to manage the electronic-drawings for subcontractors based on the existing ERP.It discusses how to automatically set the downloading authorities of electronic-drawings for subcontractors according to the workshop status,and indicates the key points and points for attention.
