摘要
围绕项目运行过程,分析了质量成本管理系统的结构和功能.构建质量成本计划配置结构,并阐述了计划配置的必要性和优越性.核定质量成本数据范围,提出多维度的质量成本数据结构,并基于该数据结构对质量成本进行多层次的计划分解.最后,针对项目实施的关键阶段,提出了质量成本控制局部反馈结构,为质量成本计划的细节性调整提供理论依据.
According to the operation of the project,the structure and function of quality costs management system is analyzed.The plan allocation structure of quality costs is constructed,and the necessity and advantages is described.The scope of quality costs data is checked.The multi-dimensional data structure of quality costs is proposed,and the quality costs plan is multi-level decomposed based on the data structure.Finally,considering the critical stage of project implementation,the part feedback structure of quality costs is introduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the details adjustment of quality costs plan.
