摘要
贫困大学生个体的抱负水平对其学业发展和事业发展均有重要的影响。在已有的研究中,很少涉及高校贫困大学生的抱负水平,其研究的广度和深度也较为欠缺,所以这些已有的研究对当前高等教育的贫困大学生工作很难提供有价值的理论。在对大学生进行的"大学生事业抱负水平问卷"调查和"大学生学业抱负水平问卷"调查中,将贫困大学生与非贫困大学生进行了对比,结果发现:专科层次贫困大学生显著高于本科层次贫困大学生的抱负水平;在校贫困大学生在事业抱负水平上与非贫困大学生不存在显著差异,而在学业抱负水平上贫困大学生显著高于非贫困大学生;在校贫困大学生中,男女生在事业抱负水平方面不存在显著差异,而在学业抱负水平方面女生显著高于男生。由此来看,加强高校贫困大学生的教育工作,是提高贫困大学生学业抱负水平和事业抱负水平的必然选择。
Poor college students＇ level of aspiration has a significant effect on their future studies and careers.There have been few studies on poor college students＇ level of aspiration before,especially in width and depth.There weren＇t many references about studying poor college students in higher education.Based on related theories,home and abroad,questionnaires on poor college students＇ level of aspiration and level of career are drawn up.After the examination of the poor college students＇ level of aspiration and the comparisons in the level of aspiration between the poor and the non-poor are studied,the conclusion is made as follows：（1） The poor college students＇ level of aspiration in professional or vocational training schools is higher than that in universities.（2） There are clear differences in academic level of aspiration between poor college students and non-poor college students,but the differences on career level of aspiration are opposite.（3）The girls＇ academic level of aspiration is higher than that of the boys＇ while there are not clear differences in career level of aspiration between them.According to the conclusion,the essay puts forward some suggestions about the poor college students at the end.
