摘要
发展低碳经济是应对气候变化与促进经济复苏的重要结合点,很多学者和机构对此已在多个领域作出积极响应。以低碳经济发展水平的四象限法对河北省30个制造业的低碳经济发展水平进行综合分析。结果显示:在河北省低碳经济发展中,具有综合优势的行业不多,综合落后的行业占了制造业总数的一半。可见河北省制造业低碳经济发展水平总体不高。因此,河北省亟需在此领域加大投入力度。
Low-carbon economy is the important joint point of the addressing climate change and the promoting economic resuscitation. Many scholars and institutions have positively responded to it. This paper uses this method to comprehensively evaluates the 30 manufacturings low-carbon economy in Hebei Province. The results indicate that of the low-carbon economy in Hebei Province, few of the industries possess general advantages while over half of them lag behind the general industrial level. Therefore, the province needs to increase the investment in this field.
