摘要
本实验采用大量蝇蛹进行了接蜂后蝇蛹内蜂幼冷藏保种实验。结果显示:在一定冷藏时限内(6周),蜂幼发育及羽化不受影响,且其出蜂率有上升趋势。若冷藏时间延长至8—12周后再解冻,蜂幼死亡数量剧增,仔蜂羽化陡减。渡过该阶段后,尽管冷藏时间延长(至24周),但此时解冻,出蜂效果较可取,且随冷藏时间延长,蜂幼死亡数量保持相对稳定(25—30%)。
We have studied the effects of low temperature on the development of N. vitripennis and found that it will not be affected within 6 weeks of low temperature preservation.But if it was put in ordinary temperature after having preserved for 8-12 weeks,a large number of the wasps will die. After this period,though some wasps will die(25-30℃)most of the wasps will get matured.
