摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定注射用阿魏酸钠含量的方法。方法色谱柱:Waters X Terra RP18(4.6mm×250mm,5um),流动相为甲醇-水(62:38),流速为1ml·min-1,检测波长为310nm。灵敏度2.000AUFS,柱温30℃,进样20ul。结果阿魏酸钠在44.08~220.4ug·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率98.79%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.61%。结论本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于阿魏酸钠含量的测定。
Objective To determine the content of sodium ferulate for injection by HPLC. Methods HPLC meth- od was used with Waters X Terra RPI8 column. The mobile phase was methanol -water (62:38). The flow rate was 1 ml · min-1. The detective wavelength was 310 nm. The column temperature was 30℃ . Result The linear range of the sodium ferulate was within 44.08 - 220.4 ug · ml-1 ( r = 0. 9997) , the recovery rate was 98.79% with RSD of 1.61%. Conclusion This method is accurate and sensitive to determine the content of the sodium ferulate for injection.
