摘要
目的观察激光氧液加东莨菪碱（LOFS）治疗小儿脑性瘫痪（cP）的临床效果。方法采用DJF—IA型多功能激光血液治疗仪，以5％葡萄糖10ml．kg-1做载体，置于血疗仪中，接受He—Ne激光照射15rain并充氧，加用东莨菪碱0．01～0．03mg·kg-1，静脉输注1次／d，疗程10d／月，连续3个疗程，观察疗效。结果激光氧液加东莨菪碱治疗CP患儿104例，有效率为77．88％（81／104）。该疗法对CP痉挛型疗效最好，有效率达93．06％（67／72）；对肌张力低下型伴严重智力低下患儿治疗效果不佳。结论激光氧液加东莨菪碱治疗CP经临床观察疗效较佳，无明显不良反应，是治疗CP安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the laser oxygen liquid plus scopolamine （LOFS） for the treatment of children with cerebral palsy （CP）. Methods By the DJF - IA - based multi - function laser blood treatment device, made of 5% glucose 10 ml · kg-1 carrier blood treatment apparatus in place, acceptance He -Ne laser irradiation and oxygenation for 15 rain, plus scopolamine 0. 01 -0. 03 mg · kg-1. LOFS was given by intravenous infusion of once daily for 10 days in one month for three months. Results The overall effective rate was 77.88% （81/104）. This treatment was effective against spasmodic CP, the effective rate accounted for 93.06% （67/72）. This treatment was less effective against CP of hypomyotonia with severe mental retardation. Conclusion Treatment of CP with the laser oxygen liquid plus scopolamine showed good results during clinical observations. It is a safe and effective treatment of cerebral palsy.
