摘要
通过对国内外航天工业工程的比较和在既有技术成熟度模型的概念和发展趋势分析的基础上,提出了改进的技术成熟度模型,并通过案例分析展示了模型的可行性和实用性。该模型建立在对技术概念深刻分析的基础上,针对我国的航天工业评审特点,以系统工程理论为指导,将评估指标细化的还原论方法与评审流程加强顶层设计的整体论方法相结合,使评审有序进行,便于操作,以期为我国的航天工业工程管理贡献力量。
Through the comparison of domestic and intemational aerospace industry project and based on the concept of technology maturity model as well as its development trend analysis, this paper proposed an improved model. This model, feasible and practical by the case study, was constructed on the profound analysis of the concept of technology, which reflected the characteristics of China's aerospace industry assessment. With the guide of system engineering, the model combined the reductionism approach with the integrity one, which requested to enhance Toplevel design. In conclusion, the assessment can be operated in an orderly manner and make effective effort to our country's aerospace industry project management.
