摘要
中沧输气管道因服役年限较长,部分管道发生严重腐蚀。通过天然气管道改线置换对部分管段进行换管和增加埋深改造,为不影响下游用户用气,工程采用一级动火作业。描述了动火作业的方案设计和操作步骤。从阀门和仪表的调试、氮气置换、故障预测与处理、天然气置换、严密性试验等方面介绍了置换投产过程。严重腐蚀管段经过改造,阀门内外漏现象得到改善,管道阴极保护率明显提高,可为同类工程施工提供参考。
Due to the long service period,serious corrosion was found in the part of pipeline in Zhongyuan Oilfield-Cangzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline.The corroded pipe sections were repaired by the route change.In order to ensure the gas supply to the downstream users,the project of route change was carried out based on Class-I hot work requirement.Scenario design,considerations and work steps in the fire work are described.The work in the displacement commissioning is introduced from the test of valve and instrument,nitrogen displacement,safety measures,failure prediction and treatment,natural gas displacement,leakage testing,etc..In the route change project,several pipeline sections with serious corrosion were repaired,inner and/or outer leakage of valves was eliminated and the cathodic protection ratio was increased obviously.It is considered that the practice in the route change can provide an important guidance to the same kind of project in the displacement and hot work of gas pipeline.
