摘要
为保障国内长输管道通过高寒冻土区的运行安全,梳理了中俄两国的管道试压标准。从试压管段划分、试压介质、强度试验压力、密封性试验压力和稳压时间、输油气站工艺管道试压、管道试压渗漏检查方法、零度以下试压技术、强制性试压(重新试压和周期性试压)、试压监测管段、试压安全措施和环境保护等方面研究了中俄标准的相关规定,分析了不同标准之间的差异。介绍了俄罗斯标准关于高寒地区强度试压的特殊要求,以及试压环境保护等方面的先进理念,针对我国管道试压标准完善和制修订提出了建议。
Main pipeline pressure testing standards between China and Russia are introduced,and the differences them are analyzed in detail,including the pipe section length,testing medium,strength testing pressure,tightness testing pressure and pressure holding time,process piping pressure testing of gas or oil stations,leakage inspection methods of process piping pressure testing,piping pressure technology under 0 ℃,mandatory pressure testing(re-testing and periodic tesing),piping pressure monitoring,safety measures of pressure testing and environment protection.Finally,Recommendations to draw up and revise the standards about the pipeline constructed in the permafrost are given.
