摘要
低碳经济和节能减排的社会需求推动了城市燃气行业的发展,基础设施建设和国家政策,亦为城市燃气行业的快速发展创造了条件。我国城市燃气由天然气、液化石油气、人工煤气等3类气源构成。2004年"西气东输"管道投入商业运营,使得天然气用气人口首次超过人工煤气用气人口,2009年已接近液化石油气用气人口;2009年天然气消费量占领了56.4%的燃气市场,首次超过液化石油气,成为燃气领域的主导气源。目前,城市燃气行业的市场开发和企业运营面临挑战,同时,保障安全稳定供气已成为各燃气公司生产运营的重中之重。天然气成为城市燃气的主要气源已是大势所趋,液化石油气将作为天然气的有益补充而稳步发展,人工煤气最终将退出燃气市场。城市燃气行业尚需建立健全相关法规、加大整合力度、提高安全生产意识、重视应急调峰等基础设施建设。
Low-carbon economy and energy saving promote the urban gas industry to develop rapidly and sturdily.Infrastructure construction and state policy also create favorable conditions for the rapid development of urban gas industry.The urban gas in China is composed of source gas such as natural gas,liquefied petroleum gas and manufactured gas.West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline was put into commercial operation in 2004.It was the f irst time that the gas population had been more than that of manufactured gas and closed to the LPG population by 2009.The total consumption of gas had exceeded the LPG,which occupied 56.4% market share by 2009,and natural gas had become the leading gas source.At present,Market development and enterprise operation are facing with challenges,and at the same time,guaranteeing the safety and stability for pipeline operation become important duty for natural gas companies.Using natural gas as the main source of urban gas is an inevitable trend,LPG will be served as the beneficial supplement for natural gas and will develop steadily and the manufactured gas will retreat the gas market eventually.The urban gas industry is required to establish and improve the related laws and regulations,increase integrated strength,raise the public safety consciousness and lay stress on the infrastructure construction like emergency peak shaving.
