摘要 根据联合国艾滋病规划署（UNAIDS）的测算，目前每年全球AIDS防治国际资金约有100亿美元，而实际需求则高达200亿。230亿美元。随着AIDS疫情的日益严重和医疗费用的增加及防治措施的普及和深入，
