自育性凶小库蚊生物学的实验室研究

摘要 本文报道了对自育性凶小库蚊生活史各期发育时间、成蚊卵巢发育和自育率的观察研究。卵粒孵化率为95.71%,卵期1.1天、幼虫期10.7天、蛹期1.65天、羽化到产卵4.2天。雌蚊羽化为96小时卵巢发育达到克氏Ⅴ期为84.88—94.72%。从第4至105代、总自育率为96.37%。并对其自育特点作了讨论。 This article reports the studies and obsetvations on the developing period during each stage in its lifetime, ovarian development of adults, and autogenous Culex modestus. Hatching rate of eggs was 95.71%, egg stage was 1. 1 days, larva stage was 10. 7 days, pupa stage was 1. 67 days, the period from eclosion to oviposition was 4. 2 days. Altar 96 hours of emerging, the ovarian development of fema les reaching Christophers Ⅴ stage was 84. 88—94. 72%. From the fourth generation to the one hundred and fieth generation, the total autogenous note was 96. 37%. This article also discuss the autogenous characteristic of Culex modestus.
