新城疫病毒在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展

摘要 目前手术、放化疗仍是治疗肿瘤的传统方法.但这些方法的疗效有局限性且对正常细胞有毒性作用,因此仍需探索新的治疗方法.新城疫病毒（Newcastle disease virus,NDV）作为肿瘤生物治疗的方法之一,具有内源性溶瘤作用,同时不损伤正常细胞,在肿瘤的临床生物治疗中具有广泛应用前景.基因重组后的NDV可提高其抗原发肿瘤和转移肿瘤的治疗效果及对肿瘤细胞识别的敏感性.NDV现已试用于临床,可提高患者总体生存率.
